It is true that we do have an increased number of fully remote/home based US employees or employees whose roles allow them to work a hybrid (home/office) schedule. That is balanced by our 2 US sites (Phoenix/Lincoln) where we have several hundred office/clinic based staff. Our variety of different job roles do allow us to offer all 3 types of working locations. I liked the different types of work I was doing. I was never complacent or bored during my tenure.

Cons

Everything being down to the minute, difficult environment to separate yourself since you're working alone most of the time.
