Pros

Very flexible schedules and very friendly environment. They are willing to work with you regarding school and other commitments. If you show initiative they will work to help you.

Cons

During busy days schedules can be demanding. Finding training opportunities for growth can be difficult at times. Communication with coworkers is key.
