Pros

The people who actually do the work are good. Hard working reliable co-workers. Pay is ok but not great.

Cons

Some management do not understand what the employees actually do. If there are issues just hire more managers to to create more layers.

It is a stable industry with deep roots, and room for huge global growth in many departments, such as Chemistry, Biology, Medical, Business, IT, and many more.

Cons

A lot of the management are extremely busy, and a few departments' communication and structure can be difficult or non-existent.
