It is true that our business levels fluctuate during the year and we do appreciate the strong work ethic within the team. There have been several promotions this year and all hiring is performed to proper recruitment practices. Turnover is not high and employees are appreciated in various recognition programs. Good Experience/ Introduction to Clinical Research

Good clinical colleagues, good team approach. Staff will help support one another. Excellent experience for moving into the world of clinical research.

Cons

Poor, non clinical management. Poor work/life balance. No advanced rota, only finding out next weeks shifts at the end of the current week. Can have day/night shifts in the same week.
