Very risk adverse Everyone is very nice, pleasant, etc. There is never a shortage of work to be done.

Cons

Very risk adverse Due to pressure to close new business, all opportunities are considered. Senior and Executive Management are often in a cloud with respect to reality. Often we loose business due to poor pricing for materials. Growth always comes at the expense of the customer. Very poor operational planning.

Develop experience in attitude that I already had and been able to work with different people. The constant challenges that we out come every day makes us better.

Cons

Been able to work long periods of time managing to take out quality production, the constant struggle to get material on time and managing to maintain the operators working at all times.
