Diverse industry lets you get a broad spectrum of experience

Cons

Toronto manufacturing is out for themselves and will rape the rest of the company to protect the mothership. Executive leadership does not care about the people and will lie right to your face. Arrogance is a turn off to existing customers and prevents them from winning new customers. Has no clue what to do with Medical and closed the only North American site that could have saved the market segment. This company is in serious trouble.

Great People!!! Most of the people (including management) I worked with were awesome!

Cons

lack-luster benefits package for the high tech field... It wasn't the worst I've seen, but it was no where near the best.
