      Great people, high-paced and challenging environment, flexible work from office or home policy.

      Cons

      Nothing ever changes despite constant evaluation and talk. Lots of managers with advice on what do to, not nearly enough people who actually work. Big talk about how employees are the most valuable aspect of company when the truth is that everyone is just a number. If you are making good $$ and live in North America it's just a matter of time until you get laid off and your job is eliminated or moved to a "low cost geography."
