Good pay and benfits package. Challenging fast paced work environment if you like that culture. Diverse global workforce, which comes with challlenges and opportunities.

Cons

Good place as long as you are aware that they might eliminate your postion in favor of a lower cost geography at any time

Some really good people (although too many have been downsized) Decent salary, benefits + vacation Flexible work environment (hours, telecommuting, etc.) Current CEO (Muhlhauser) seems passionate about turning things around Free parking

Cons

Lousy salary increases, if at all (too many salary freezes over the years) Short term thinking, indecision, constantly changing plans. Attrition of experienced people (voluntary and involuntary) Insufficient resources to perform effectively The Americanization of the company culture (too many people who thrive on flash but no substance) Erosion of teamwork over the years (now it's about CYA and pointing fingers) Too much movement of responsibilities to unskilled low-cost geographies Bad IT infrastructure (very fragmented)

Celestica offers good development opportunities, this is an excellent place to start your career. You will have a fair treatment. The general working conditionsare good.

Cons

Market environment is strongly influencing the evolution of the company, growth or downsizing could come rather quickly. In both situation employee is in a strssful situation.
