      There are some great employees to work with

      Cons

      -Unwelcoming -My direct manager is neither a team player nor someone I can count on when my department is held accountable. - No road map to career growth -Culture is old-fashioned and there are too many negative attitudes. -No such thing as Innovation. - You will work with customers who will yell at you and they take no accountability because we are servicing customers above and beyond. Customers still need to show respect regardless.

      Depends on where you sit in the organization. Plenty of opportunity to work hard

      Lack of real recognition, management opinion - one minute someone is great, and then next out the door. Culture of blame and pressure.
