      As much overtime you want.

      Cons

      Operating red tagged machines, OSHA inspection manipulation, hack safety training and signoff acknowledgement, heat exhaustion and dust for the poor detailers, unpaid hours from clocking manipulation, & managers who couldn't use a computer to save their life.

      For younger workers who are willing to sacrifice work/life balance, there are lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      No clear vision provided for the employees to rally around, the values are words on the wall and not truly followed at the senior levels of the organization.

      Pros

      The People that work here are fantastic. Everyone seems to be professional and they care about their impact on the overall success of the company. The management is focused on keeping this company site going forward and growing.

      Cons

      Haven't found any negatives so far, other than the salary - which is at the low end of the pay scale - especially for our location. Hopefully that will change with successful business growth.
