      Pros

      Celgard is a decent company to work for with decent pay. They offer good benefits as well and growth potential.

      Cons

      Celgard has many odd shifts such as 12-hour shifts which require working every other weekend. Celgard is also undergoing structural changes.

      Pros

      In a competitive market with potential. Products are high quality with great margins. Raw material costs are exceedingly low.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees. Management will not listen to opinions that do not fit their beliefs. Very prejudiced with regards to employees moving up within the company. If you don't fit their mold forget staying with this company. Older employees are expendable.

      Technology is as boring as sardines

      Good location, good pay for small town, plant is clean, lots of parking

      Cons

      High turnover, false employee reviews and management is not truthful, old technology for a progressive industry, no advancing with real skills because of buddy system
