      Pros

      Really good pay , training, and benefits. The company has potential in the future for growth. The location is fantastic. Interesting market.

      Cons

      Everybody will agree it is a good old boy company, as many will say -they all live in same neighborhoods at home and been with the company many years. Salaried employees are unprofessional backstabbing and will make daily work unenjoyable, Management expects to be kissed up to-it is a strange toxic environment.

      Pros

      benefits. Move up ladder as long as you will be an apple polisher, and kiss the feet of management.

      Cons

      Have lost every customer they have ever had. Management full of boot licker's who belong to good ol'boys club.
