5yHappy to hear than you are enjoying your time with us! We are proactively working to improve our company communications. As part of this initiative, we are working directly with managers now to share more information and to discuss the best ways to keep employees informed. Anonymous surveys are also planned to go out to employees asking for input on many topics so that everyone feels a part of the Celgard team.

5yThank you for your comments. Our Charlotte plant does operate a 12-hour rotating work schedule, which is common in manufacturing. Our dedicated, hard-working employees have stepped up in this unprecedented time and we are happy to award bonuses during a pandemic. We strive for equality among all employees.
