benefits. Move up ladder as long as you will be an apple polisher, and kiss the feet of management.

Cons

Have lost every customer they have ever had. Management full of boot licker's who belong to good ol'boys club.

has a small family business environment with top of average pay range for employees

Cons

Very poor exec management business decisions ran Celgard into the ground, or competitors hands. Impacted lives of a few hundred while top exec ride golden parachutes to retirement.

Clean, good plant level people.

Cons

Need to clean house of current plant level and senior management lack of real understanding of the current business situation and how to succeed. promotes people with no real experience. Lots of snakes in the grass.
