      Pros

      Really good pay , training, and benefits. The company has potential in the future for growth. The location is fantastic. Interesting market.

      Cons

      Everybody will agree it is a good old boy company, as many will say -they all live in same neighborhoods at home and been with the company many years. Salaried employees are unprofessional backstabbing and will make daily work unenjoyable, Management expects to be kissed up to-it is a strange toxic environment.

      Facility is clean and climate controlled

      Cons

      Management has gone from bad to worse. Complete circus. Not to mention, high turnover among hourly employees. Training for new hires is lacking & there is no accountability. Also, every year more benefits are being taken away or lessened. Employee morale is lower than ever because no one feels appreciated. Productivity & quality are suffering.

      We appreciate your input and always look for ways to improve our operations. We have been addressing new hire training head on and are tracking completion for accountability. In June we paid out bonuses to all employees in good standing and extended merit increases. We are working on recognition programs and agree everyone should feel appreciated. We encourage you to provide direct feedback to our plant management and our CEO with specific examples of things that are frustrating you. We have an open-door policy, and our CEO and plant managers are approachable. They want to hear from you because we agree employee retention of our experienced employees is very important.
