Poor management. Dishonest leadership. Human Resource Representative does not support employees. HR shows a negative disposition towards employees.

Cons

Short time 12 hr shifts taking hit for entire company losing all built in ot and 4 hrs st each pay period. Management and 8 hr shifts lose no money !!!
