      The team was very nice to work with.

      Everything is manual on backend, zero automation 99% Tribal knowledge, so you're dependent on assistance from the elders, who are bogged down with 200+ accounts No training Does not respond well to suggestions (like automate the backend) Overwhelming number of accounts to sell to and manage

      The only good thing was that we had an inspiring CMO who really tried to make this a great place to work but he left, could not deal with the CEO.

      Cons

      Constant change in priorities driven by CEO, a sense of fear across the entire organization, who would the CEO fire next, revolving door of leadership.
