Pros

Celigo has been the best professional experience I've had in two decades in tech. The product a world-class integration platform in the booming iPaaS industry, and the company is filled with good, honest people who work very hard to take us to the next level. Celigo has a very strong culture of openness, transparency, and honesty, which starts and trickles down from the very top. There's a strong familial culture, and you'll find most people wearing the Celigo swag every day. But most importantly, the way that Celigo approaches integration automation is uniquely suited for where the industry is headed. This is a company on a mission and I couldn't be prouder to work here.

Cons

The pace is non-stop. There is a lot to do. This is not a lot of idle time.

Pros

I feel lucky to have found a company like Celigo. Right off the bat, Celigo offered an environment that I was looking for: An established yet nimble company with fantastic people with a fun and caring culture. The transparency, open-door policy, hospitality, and support I received from day one was notable, and it made me feel right at home. I feel very supported without being micromanaged. Showing up to work every day is easy when you have a fun, supportive, smart, and passionate group of people that you get to work with every day. My team and the company always try to find ways to break the monotony by organizing events (including virtual ones in the age of Covid) to bond with our peers. These events included contests, cultural celebrations, escape rooms, mental wellness classes, catered meals/social lunches, etc. Remote work and work-from-home arrangements are also supported, which helps with work-life balance. The fact that we have several employees who left the company initially yet decided to come back, I think, is a testament to the company and its people. I am also very confident with leadership, including the CEO, who not only cares about the business but (from personal experience) sincerely cares about the well-being of individuals who work here. I feel comfortable reaching out to the CEO directly without dealing with politics or red tape, which is refreshing. This, I think, is a sign of good leadership. The product also pretty much sells itself. The future is bright and we continue to grow despite some challenges, including the pandemic. I am very optimistic about Celigo's future. No matter what your role is, I believe you will make a difference here. Celigo is a company that cares about its people. I feel like I matter here. I feel valued as an employee and as a person. From my perspective, this feels like family.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any at the moment. I think it's fair to say that no company is immune to growing pains and other issues. People's perspective depends on their role and the team they're with so by all means, take my opinion with a grain of salt, but my overall experience with Celigo and its people has been overwhelmingly positive.

Pros

Awesome product, great people to work with that are all very experienced and great to learn/grow from. Ipaas is the future!

Cons

A good number of employees work from home. Lunch is only catered once a week (probably why people only come in on Thursdays - when lunch is catered).
