      Pros

      - Cutting-edge technology and products - A clear and long-term vision where the company wants to go, which is really good - Great culture and treat employees very well - Provide great flexibility to the employees - People who want to work in a global and multi-cultural environment would love working here - Good carrier and growth opportunities

      Cons

      Not really cons but someone may not enjoy working here if you are expecting fixed hour (timings) job (especially if you are going to work in India). At times it gets challenging to deal with the timezone issues as different teams are split between USA and India as well as the majority of customers are from the USA. However, on the flip side that gives you a great flexibility to manage your personal and professional time. It really depends on us how well we manage our work/life balance.

      Good company to work with

      Pros

      Celigo is a matured startup-to-mid level product company, having good work culture encompassed with few best practices and processes. Employees are all quite matured and I've observed a friendly environment to work with at a shoulder level. Friendly work timings, though at times you might be having work pressure (close to releases) but you do not actually feel like you're getting pressurised as you will have that freedom and space to take time, think through and come up with better solutions/options. Management is friendly in nature and technically exposed to many technologies so they listen and understand what we're sharing in terms of ideas and deliverables. Product Management is another very good team to work with, as they're very open to listen to your queries, ideas and issues. Overall I felt it as one of the best places to work with. Thanks for giving me the opportunity.
