      Pros

      "Employee Friendly" is what describes Celigo. Work from Home, another state or another COUNTRY, it is welcomed as long as you are committed. I had personally worked remote for around 2 years. Great office space & facilities backed by an amazing leadership & vision.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly and that means everyone has to contribute their best. This may involve working extra hours and going above and beyond.

      Pros

      Friendly people and awesome work culture. Cutting edge technologies and lots of opportunities for learning. Better transparency and good recognition in return for the efforts. Flexi timings, just needs to get things done. Since its a small team, lots of responsibilities to own things and if you are willing to learn there is no limit.

      Cons

      Hires good people and so the expectations are little high.

      Good place to challenge your self ,think big and put your ideas to the table

      Pros

      As a part of the engineering team , I can only say the following. Excellent Flexi-timings ,suits perfectly to those who are self- motivated. Its still a growing engineering team , so bonus points for those who can step up and take responsibilities. Almost every other day , a new problem statement is on its way to greet you ,which kinda keeps you occupied (and Of course! there is this small element of donkey work as well , very negligible ) Good place to be at for those who are passionate towards computers and want to keep themselves up to date with the latest technology.

      Cons

      Multiple products to develop and maintain all of which use different technologies, sometimes its gets a little hard to focus because of context switching. But this will eventually vanish as the long term goal is to bring everything under a common technology Because of time zone differences sometimes it gets difficult to hang on to a good routine for your self. It can only be minimized but cannot be eliminated.
