      Pros

      -- Company culture is based on work hard, party harder principle -- Got chance to work on different cloud technologies -- Freedom to work your way. New ideas are always welcomed -- People are very nice and helpful. Most of the people are from best colleges in India, so great and innovative minds -- Work from home facility -- Frequent parties and outings.

      Cons

      - Multiple projects at the same time can get you exhausted sometimes Advice to Management -- Keep going with the great work culture. -- More hiring is required to balance the work and life.

      Pros

      Great environment... No nonsense, great perks like 3-4 day work from home... work from from different city... salary becomes good after a year or so. Best small companies in CRM space.

      Cons

      Lack of structure the way work is initially assigned.. Initial transition period is hard.
