In recognition of those growing pains and our hardworking team, we added additional bonus PTO days off (in addition to our unlimited PTO option) and piloted a "Quiet Day" program so employees can have entire days free of internal meetings.       - Employee Centric - this is a core value of the company and they honor it in every decision that's made. They make you feel appreciated and represent that monetarily as well. - Great commission structure - Great leaders / open-door policy - Unlimited time off
