      Pros

      -Cella is a place where you can be your authentic self. The people that make up the company are what makes the company such a great place to work. -Cella's leadership truly cares about the growth and development of each employee. -Transparency is woven in to the culture. -There are a lot of people with long tenure, that speaks volumes

      Cons

      -Medical Benefits can be a little pricey, however benefits are a huge expense for any company and Cella being privately held, I did it expect that they have benefits that compete with a huge corporation.

      A Company that actually does what they say they will do

      Pros

      Having worked in a few companies before this one, I have been impressed by how the leadership at Cella pays a good amount of attention to taking care of its employees. We have lots of training and opportunities to boost our compensation.

      Cons

      It has been tough to learn to work remotely full time but I guess that is everywhere now.

      Pros

      Cella means it when they say they put their people first. Most companies include something like that in their mission statements and values but few back it up. It's refreshing to work somewhere that the most sensitive conversations reflect the values promoted in marketing. We have an environment of transparency and growth where I can talk to my manager about my career goals safely and get support. It's fast-paced and high energy with a lot of collaboration and team effort. Staffing and consulting can be a ride so it's fun to work with people who share the same enthusiasm.

      Cons

      We can keep improving at using technology and automations to enable our newly remote environment and hopefully that will help us cut down on the number of meetings.
