      Work from home, but that is because of COVID

      Cons

      Hold on to your heads because they will spin here! Leadership is nonexistent companywide these days, it used to be so much better! Decisions are made without any resemblance of an explanation, so speculation takes over. Promises are spoken and the follow-through is abysmal. If you want to feel like a game piece on a boardgame this is the place for you.

      Good place for creative to develop basic skills

      Pros

      People are great and eager to do more. Hours are based on freelance availabilities. all positions are freelance and its feast or famine. work is not creative and profoundly corporate. Great place form some one out of school to hone their design skills for a year.

      Cons

      Not much creative work. Mostly powerpoint and science related posters. There are few opportunities for creative work to shine and when it is available it is like pulling teeth. if you're here for more than a year you'll never get out. no place to grow and have nothing in the portfolio that will get you another more creative job. Every move is a lateral career move.

      I have been in the recruiting industry for a while but feel like I have finally found my "home" with The Boss Group. I cannot speak highly enough about the culture, colleagues, management or recruitment/sales relationship here. You are truly fulfilled in your job and the opportunity to earn big money is real (no fluff work, pointless tasks, etc). Unlimited PTO, fun work culture and 3pm Fridays are just added bonuses!
