      Pros

      Cella is the best company I have ever worked for. I love my coworkers, the benefits, and culture. Pros: - Unlimited PTO -Great healthcare coverage -Stock options, -401k -Fully remote -Stipend for phone bill/internet -Employee social hours -NO micromanagement -Independence - I have control over my calendar -Metrics are not overwhelming. They aren't calculating how many calls you make per day. Get your work done and bring your best everyday -Yearly employee experience survey - Cella actually uses the results to make our lives better -Meditation, DEI events, fitness classes, cultural events -Birthdays, anniversaries off -Bonus days where everyone gets a random day off -Sabbaticals I can't say enough positive things. I love it here. I no longer have the "Sunday scaries." I love my job and have made great friends here. I came from such a toxic work environment where leaving for a 1 hour doctor's appointment was an issue. At my old job, I didn't even look forward to waking up in the morning. I was so depressed and exhausted. I am treated like a human, cared for, and celebrated. I would be lost without Cella! <3

      Cons

      The base salary for Recruiters is low. Based on other companies I have researched, the commission plan is average. I do think it needs to be more competitive.

      People are nice, that’s about it.

      Cons

      The only thing this place is consistent with is unexplained changes. No one is safe. They love to use the term “cella family” this is one of the most dysfunctional families I’ve ever witnessed. I recommend staying FAR away.
