Cella's specialization in creative roles within companies is a strong and well-defined niche.

Cons

The Strategic Accounts and Managed Solutions teams at Cella appear ill-equipped to provide effective solutions to client partners. Despite repeated red flags being raised, concerns often go unaddressed until it’s too late to mitigate the impact. Additionally, Cella's approach to contractor roles comes across as transactional, lacking loyalty or support unless it serves their immediate needs. The HR and recruiting teams also seem to fall short in accountability, follow-through, and attention to detail. Furthermore, the decision not to pay out unused PTO raises serious questions about the company’s integrity and commitment to ethical practices.

some what casual environment within the office

Cons

upper management is a joke - the two regional managers are just cheerleaders and offer the same reports over and over again. they are your best friend when things are going well however when things go a little awry they cut heads without asking questions
