Niche staffing company offering companies talents for creative skill sets.

Cons

Leadership was not transparent. It was disheartening to learn they closed an office and displaced the employees, then reopened the office without notifying the impacted employees that had worked hard for the company.

- work remotely - company attempts to create a virtual culture - clients are well known companies

Cons

- unclear about where you stand - everyone friendly to your face but just be careful who you trust - micro management - leadership sells you the kool aid and dream but at the end of the day you're just a number to them and everyones replaceable
