The reasons that I work for CSOKI: Positive, uplifting, and energetic culture! Our team is a family, everyone I work with is not just a colleague but also a friend! The money!! This is the only place I have ever worked that your income is not capped!

Cons

Because we are 100% commission, work/home balance doesn't always come easy. If the phone rings, you answer it (even on a day off)!

Lots of earning potential, will be a tough 3 months to get going but after is an absolute breeze

Cons

They do not explain that this is technically commission only. This is a draw pay, meaning if you don't hit your monthly goal you owe them back in commission! Ask about draw pay and how it works.

Pros

Good company to make good money, it depends on rotation a lot but it is a very fair system in how we take customers. You get what you put into it.

Cons

I do think that favoritism plays a massive role when coming to placing people into leadership.
