      Pros

      They offer a structured training, strong in there core vaules and you are giving the opportunity to get paid your worth! The leadership always keeps your best interest at heart and they strictly promote from within for all leadership roles.

      Cons

      There really isn't any cons to this opportunity. Everyone here true is invested your each others success. Some markets maybe different in back office then others.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the people that I worked with. It was a lot of customer service as well as sales. It was a good place to work for a bit while I figured out what I wanted to do for a career.

      Cons

      The management was unorganized and rues were constantly changing.

      Great infrastructure, potential to make $4k to $6k, almost everybody there I'd great to work with

      Cons

      Ramp up is tough, partly because commissions are deferred for two months, learning the systems and the products can be overwhelming at first
