Pros

The possibilities to make money are endless, the harder you work the more you make. I like the commission only pay structure because it rewards the people who work the time in and weeds out the less capable to keep the staff as good and professional as possible. I also like not being directly managed in store. I am a college student full time, and not many people can work less than 40 hours per week at 21 years old and clear 50k a year.

Cons

The only thing that would improve this job is paid time off and better benefits.

Cellular sales has changed my life. They have given me the opportunity to make the salary that I am worth. I love the atmosphere here and if your a go getter I would recommend this job for you.

Cons

Commute from home to work. Some shifts are an hour drive. But the money is worth it. For sure. So no real con for me.
