      Moving up in the company is basically impossible. Not a great career path.

      Pros

      Dress code, uncapped commissions, advancement opportunities, short shifts, shift draft based on performance. I’m currently in the process of applying for this position after moving to Indiana. Hopefully I can get back to this wonderful company.

      Cons

      Leaving the company. I’ve been in sales for over 10 years and this was one of my favorite jobs. Retail hours but it’s expected for this industry

      Professional team, solid team with short and long term goals set, ability to grow within the company and well compensated for role within the company.

      Retail schedule so it changes but that's to be expected.
