Pros

I've worked in many commission based jobs, this is by far the best compensation job out their. Also has the best time flexibility. Their is no manager telling you what or not to do. Senior trainers are well experienced and always there for great coaching. There is also a 1 month training that will prepare you to be successful in the salesforce. Also love the recognition they give you for you're hard work. Work uniform is professional attire, which feels awesome coming to work every day.

Cons

I absolutely have none! They will help you in all ways to be succesful.

Pros

Super Flexible as in we draft our own schedule every 2 months. So much opportunity to make a lot of money. Goals we have to meet are very reasonable. Area Mangers are very caring and understanding. Great company to work for if you want to put the work in.

Cons

Being commission only is tough sometimes. Night meetings once a month sometimes we don't get out of the meetings until 11pm or so. The internet we have to work with at work is very slow and goes down a lot which is very unacceptable. I wish we had a uniform so guys didn't have to wear ties.

We truly appreciate you spending the time writing your comments and providing feedback for us to grow. It seems like you are enjoying your experiences with us and that is what we fully intend for your chosen career path! You are right with the opportunity to make a very lucrative living here and having the flexibility to create your own schedule is a huge positive. Unfortunately, meetings are either really early morning, or later at night as it is hard to get everyone together outside of shift hours - one positive to this is that it is only once a month and we appreciate you attending to learn and be in a growth mindset. We understand how frustrating your concerns with the internet must be and would love to find out which stores in particular you are having these specific issues in. Please email us at: recruiting@cellularsales.com and we can look into this further and make sure to resolve this concern asap. Cellular Sales has always pride themselves on dressing professionally as we stand apart from all our other competition in the wireless industry. Unfortunately it is hard to cater toward everyone's requests for dress attire and so this approach appeals to the widest audience. We wish you all the best in your future successes with us!

Pros

Uncapped commissions, flexible schedule in a way, health insurance is good. You have to have an entrepreneur mind and self motivator as you are not being micromanaged. The product you are selling is great.

Cons

No real career advancement unless you are a constant top performer and willing to move. Rules don't apply to "top performers". There was a top performer who would be late or miss work and incur points. Than all of a sudden some points were removed. When questioned about it, he has "medical issues". What medical issue makes you late about 10 mins almost every day....? Gets real annoying. No store manager which is a good thing but can be a bad thing as some reps take advantage of this and will either be lazy, mistreat customers, rip off customers etc. I also caught a rep "manipulating" the POS in a way that he can basically get phone accessories for free at the cost of the company/customer. When I told upper management, I was pretty much to mind my own business and they sent a blanket email to everyone that to not do what he was doing. The rep was basically stealing from the company and nothing happen bc he was a top performer. Happened multiple times and bottom reps were fired while top performers were touchless. Really annoying and such a team demotivator as every rep saw the same thing.
