      Scanning all the inventory 2 times a day. Sharing full cost of missing inventory with everyone in the store.

      Pros

      Cellular Sales is the most flexible career I have ever had, I have only ever had to miss a handful of family functions due to work. I love that it feels like a second family. Once you get used to the way you get paid, it's a huge bonus! Also, the way we get to choose our own monthly schedule never gets old. This place is amazing.

      Cons

      Some days it feels like all I do is sit behind a desk and twittle my thumbs due to no store traffic and if you aren't constantly working to promote yourself then it really don't make it far in this company, but having to work for it isn't an issue I just don't like being bored at work.
