      Pros

      It feels great to be at a job where you get paid what your worth, there's no cap on how much money you can make . Cellular Sales training program is the best I've ever experienced you alternate days in the classroom and shadowing which sets you up for success when you hit the sales floor. I work in the Houston Market and look forward to coming to work every single day, you couldn't ask for a better work environment everyone is very encouraging and supportive you feel like your part of a work family.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of pertains to any sales job, you never really have a set time when your shift is over you may be scheduled until 8PM when the store closes but you may have a customer walk in at 7:55PM and it may take 30 minutes to wrap up the deal. So not a con against Cellular Sales specifically but in the sales industry.

      Amazing Place to Work

      Pros

      Current Houston TX market. Super flexible schedule and you manage your own business. The money is there if you put the work in and dedicate yourself to be professional and active. I have had so much fun with this job over the past two months. Retail is redefined with this position due to the personal approach and professionalism from cowokers. Also one great aspect is the fact that you are the manager and you dont have micromanagement.

      Cons

      Only downside to this job is that you will wish you had found it sooner.
