      Flexible hours with competitive pay, and coworkers are great. Can control your destiny by working hard

      Cons

      Management is inconsistent and sometimes doesn't not provide the necessary tools such as training or coaching to help reach full potential of sales representatives

      Pros

      The great thing about this opportunity is the amount of time that you put in is 100% what you get out. If there is a month where I am not trying, I am probably not going to be very profitable that month. However, if I want to put in the work, the commission in limitless

      Cons

      I occasionally have to work when I don't really want to but the schedule is a roster so I get to pick my shifts
