Pros

Flexible schedule as long as you get your shifts covered. Ability to make decent money. Not much oversight by management. Unless you steal or just don't show up for multiple shifts you will never be fired.

Cons

Long hours with no paid time off or vacation. No transparency on decisions being made by upper management. Constantly changing with ability to make money more and more difficult. Benefits offered are a joke. Very minimal opportunity for advancement if at all.

Cons

It's the best retail job, but hours do get annoying sometimes. Pay makes up for it though.
