      Pros

      Honestly the flexibility is the best part, you can make your own schedule if you work really hard for it. I am a single mom and with 2 days off a week I am able to one day clean house and also spend an entire day with just him. The pay is what you make of it, you are in complete control of your paycheck.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say anything negative about this job, if you are a people person and you know how to build trust in your customers that is the easiest part of the job!

      Pros

      I have been with the company since 2009 and it by far has been the most satisfying and fulfilling career I have ever had. With the freedom this job provides an awesome balance of work and spending time with my family. Great compensation is a plus as well. I have been able to provide for family in ways I have never dreamed of. And most importantly I love my job! I love doing what I do on a day to day basic. Helping people, reached their dreams as well.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, indoor job so you're comfortable, relaxing environment. This job can be as prospering as you make it. As long as you handle all of your responsibilities and do your part, this job can be very advancing.

      Cons

      Customers can sometime test you and your patience, some things may come back on you if you don't handle your responsibilities. But overall not too many cons if you do your job.
