Pros

Career opportunity, Team work environment, Money potential. Cellular Sales is still a young company that is willing to take new ideas and run with them. Being a cellular sale employee for over 4 years, I have seen a multitude of changes. Some good, some bad. But in the end, this company strives to give people the opportunity to be successful. It is what you make of it. Sales, there are multiple definitions for the word sales. Cellular Sales allows its reps to grasp every definition. The reps are considered hybrid reps, they are not limited to just one type of sales. Inside, outside, B2B, cold calling, warm calling, referrals, etc.

Cons

Commission is not for everyone. In the beginning, one must work out the life work balance. Vacation is def the largest Con for me. Currently there is no vacation pay available. To counter that, a rep has to budget their money.

Pros

Share commissions help when you Are taking care of customer service issues. Potential to make a solid $3k monthly...

Cons

In training taking care of customers is their top priority, in the field some mentors and team leads focus on getting them out the door and having them be customer cares issues. The first 3 months are tough. Don't get much for training pay and once on the floor your commissions are paid 2 months behind.

Pros

Compared to most jobs, the schedule is very flexible and the money can be good. The people you will work with are all on your team. Overall it is a good job.

Cons

The administration never seemed to care about the customer. Many people that I know told me that they will never step foot in another cellular sales because of the lack of service. It is all about making money. The worst feeling is having customers come in and tell you they were lied to about the price of a Mifi and you tell them its past 14 days. When you look at who sold it to them, sometimes you know the customer was telling the truth.
