      Pick your own schedule, uncapped commission, excellent sales experience

      Cons

      Inflexible schedule (you can't request days off, if someone won't cover you you're liable for suspension), extremely difficult to earn commission in newer markets, unethical sales tactics, commissions are shared and corner you into selling Androids or lose profitability, terrible benefits

      Good pay, good benefits, corporate office workers are good people.

      Cons

      Management leavesmuch to be desired. This company has been in business for 2t years, but they are run like they're a startup company. It management is very lacking.

      Some of the employees you work with are Great. Along with some of the customers.

      Cons

      Lack of total respect. If your a manager you make out by ripping your employees. This is used vehicle sales but with cell phones. There is a manager that always talks about his genitals . And how much weight he has lost. There is so much wrong with this place that the CONs would be a total slides scale.
