Pros
easy job. you could sit on a computer or your phone a majority of the time you were on the clock. can even disappear for periods of times as well.
Cons
1.Drink the kool aid mentality with upper management. 2. Co workers that would lie, steal, and screw over other sales reps to make sure they get theirs. #1 sales rep gets what he wants, bottom of totem poles opinion and thoughts are disregarded. 3. Back office that would charge you out for anything in an instant, but when you need anything from them they forgot who you were. 4. They hold onto your last check for 6 months. (is this even legal?) while they hold onto it. They charge you out for things as they deem fit so they dont have to pay you. 5. A former praised/rewarded by upper management team leader that abused his position and screwed others over to stay at the top. He changed the rules as he deemed fit to get his. He even openly admitted to screwing over his own mom / family many times. Is this the ethics you think makes a "great" leader? The only reason he isnt still there is because he moved. 6. Sales reps that would lie to customers and even change their accounts without their consent. 7. If you arent making the management money, then you dont really mean anything to them. This place is a revolving door of sales reps for a reason. I could keep going if I wanted to but I already sound like a disgruntled ex employee. I just wanted to warn anyone else out there that is even contemplating a job with CSOKI.
