You get to work inside and you can sit down. It is a cool product to sell. Loy key environment

Cons

Interview promises don’t match reality. Look at all of the responses from the company to these posts. They must employee someone full time just to respond to all of the negativity.

Pros

The main benefit with this job is the flexibility to be off during the week. You can create income if you have the networks. Store traffic alone will only make you 40 a year. Look at the cons, The reality of this position will be revealed in the cons. The dream vs reality are totally different.

Cons

Here is what you need to know for the Houston market. 1)Training is very cut throat and most don't make it. ( I saw a guy get cut on the last day of training and he knew more than me._ 2) The average yearly income is only 40K with 20 percent making 60K. There are only two folks making paced to make six figures. 3) The insurance is absolutely horrible and will only cover you unless you are dang near dead. 4) Most folks dont stay longer than six months which is why they are always hiring. 5) You will starve for the first three months because of the commission structure. 6) Most reps make 2500 to 3000.

Pros

You're able to have somewhat of a flexible schedule and can swap shifts with other employees for time off.

Cons

Company charges employees for inventory lost or stolen but refuses to implement a means to prevent inventory loss or customer theft. Company is not concerned with safety of employees despite repeated robberies many at gun point. Management is disconnected with trending consumer buying patterns and seem to offer an old fashioned approach to consumers who could care less. Hence, less and less traffic in many stores.
