Pros

terrible place to work. It's all about favoritism. If you kiss butt you are all set. You have to rip people off in order to hit your u reasonable numbers! Oh and if you don't hit your numbers they make you go to New Hampshire without pay to retrain you! When you start working this 100% "commission" job don't expect to get a commission check for about 4-5 months after you start (sometimes 6-7months). While your training and working your first few months they pay you "draw checks" and every single dollar has to be repaid before they pay you your commission. But when you leave they hold your check for 6 Months just in case of chargebacks. In my year employed with them they owed me money almost the whole time!! It's a terrible situation.

Cons

Everything! Save yourself the headache and wasted time. I should have listened to all the people who told me not to work for this company. Anytime there is something missing on your shift they automatically charge you for it and take it right out of your pay. You are never actually even with them they always owe you money. They still owe me money!!!

Pros

Customers were great, immediate manager was always helpful.

Cons

100% commission, Work at multiple locations per week. A lot of favoritism going on. Certain locations have great income potential but if your not one of the squad you don't get to work at these locations. Upper Management Sucks

Your commissions are two month behind, you get draw checks aka you owe the company, you're fully liable for customers accounts for 181, if something in the store goes missing YOU get charged out for full retail for a item that probably cost them a dollar, it's a job NOT a career.
