Pros

1. Decent money (If you can keep up with the constant change in commission) 2. Good benefits

Cons

1. Commission structure ALWAYS changes. 2. Claims that the structure change is to promote "growth" and enable the company to pay their employees more, but the numbers say otherwise. 3. Hourly draw, which is based off of whatever state you're in. Draw is deducted from your commissions so pay isn't as much as they claim in the interview. 4. They make taking a vacation difficult and the turn over is above average compared to most sales jobs. 5. No company growth unless you are willing to bend over backwards and sacrifice your personal time outside of work.

Other issues exist but the crux of the matter is a dwindling demand for our services. I estimate a 2-5 year lifespan. There was ample evidence this was coming, but the main business strategy has always been "invest as little as possible and make as much money as you can right now." That doesn't allow for thinking 1 year ahead, much less 1 week ahead. They needed to be thinking 5 years ahead at least to find ways to supplement the
