1. Incredible technology -- Celonis has created a brand new technology category (Execution Management) and is 5-7 years ahead of the nearest competitor. The technology sells itself because it drives incredible business value and the customer can see the objective results in real time. 2. Exponential Growth -- Celonis is a rocket ship. The Celonis workforce is growing exponentially and the customer base and revenue is too. 3. Amazing People/Culture -- Celonis has doubled down on hiring incredible talent to drive growth. The values are focused on driving customer value, accountability, sustainability and building the absolute best teams to win.

Cons

1. Exponential growth requires flexibility, creativity, adaptability and patience -- as the company grows/evolves so do the adjacent technologies and tools needed to support that growth. This can be challenging for people who do not do well with rapid change.

- Hot Market - Leading-Edge Solutions - Market Defining Solutions - Mature Solutions in Europe - European Leadership - Very Mature Sales Programs/Models for a Start-Up

Cons

- Latest leaders are not start-up experienced but bringing in their same old playbooks from their 20 plus years of being with Software dinosaurs - Latest leaders bringing in their own old club of people without regard for the current investments and teams - The pace of hiring and recruitment is grossly out of proportion to the actual pipeline and business -Too short of a time after hiring people are they laying off, a sign of incompetent executive decisions -Your OTE is not realistic but a true stretch target, saddling people with an unattainable target doesn't make it any more achievable - Think long and hard about leaving your current position, ask the right questions, lots of risks, more than most moves -Benefits are not competitive, the least attractive in my entire career, ask for the actual benefits before accepting, premiums being deducted from my pay and still substandard -Not an open door policy in the U.S. Leaders bringing in their old school approach, doesn't fly in 2022 folks! -Internal competitive sales teams selling to the same account, create conflict on compensation and confuses the partners and customers, compensation neutrality doesn exist
