      Pros

      1) Incredible product 2) Great west coast team with fun virtual and in-person social events 3) Full accountability on your customer accounts to call the shots and manage the relationship 4) Very transparent CEO 5) No single day is ever the same which makes each day a new challenge and never boring

      Cons

      1) Sometimes there are early or fairly late calls due to having customer with operations in Europe / Asia 2) Structure is still being put in place in an ever evolving workplace

      Intellectually stimulating, fun and exciting - Rocketship in true sense !

      1) Powerful product 2) Opportunity to work with super smart and passionate people and top brand customers 3) Intellectually stimulating and great learning opportunity 4) Constant focus on improving the culture and increasing diversity 5) Lot of opportunities to contribute outside your typical role and make an impact 6) Overall, very exciting and fun! Not a dull moment

      Cons

      1) Fast paced environment...so, might not be for all ! 2) Not typical 9-5 as often we work with enterprise customers located all over the globe.

      *Focused on the right things as we scale and grow *Celebrates Values *Promotes transparency from the C-suite *Putting in all the right foundation for us to grow and scale *Great place to grow your career and make a mark *Incredible product *Making big strides in culture, diversity and growth programs *Compensation is very competitive within Customer Success / Customer Value *Amazing team *SF / West team culture and team is amazing

      *Need to bring in more women in senior positions. We are making this a priority, which is hard in a competitive market, but we need to focus and be intentional in our hiring *focus on fewer things for the field so that we can drive clear, concentrated results
