I recently started at Celonis and couldn't be happier with my experience so far. During my interview, everyone was very transparent about how quickly things move due to our hyper growth. That said, processes, policies, and procedures are all being put into place to help the organization run more efficiently. I love the proactiveness I'm seeing to help make Celonis one of, it not the best software company to work for in the world.

Great Company culture, challenging environment in the Center of Excellence of Madrid, opportunity to travel and collaborate with offices in other states while developing solution to scale up the company. Personal development investment and focus on ownership of solutions, creative thinking, collective innovation, constant improvement. Stocks are given to all employees.

Cons

Scale-up is going to reduce the flexibility in the next years, where jobs and positions will be defined in more detail.
