      Action oriented and exciting, this is a place for people who are driven and innovative. There is some amazing talent in the company and there are opportunities to be promoted into high visibility roles at an early stage in your career.

      A fantastic company and onboarding experience

      Pros

      Celonis recruiting is extremely efficient and the recruiters are genuinely passionate about the Company. The onboarding and training experience, once hired, was very well done ---especially considering it was all virtual. The diversity globally in just the 100+ in our training group was phenomenal -- so many people I got to meet across the globe, in multiple countries. While Celonis is a growing company, the level of maturity they have already established in their organization and processes is beyond impressive. Its definitely a rocketship and I'm so excited to be here!

      Cons

      No negatives thus far --- we are a fast/growing company so that brings with it the usual challenges but they are all good problems to have!
