      Strong product that delivers meaningful results to customers Great vision by leadership for where the company is going Solid team that's supportive and cares about one another People care about what they do here and the company has gotten much better on initiatives related to employees here

      Cons

      Demand for the Customer Value Architect services outstrips the supply of people on the team leaving individuals stretched thin Growing pains as the organization is built out particularly with filling middle-management roles New initiatives are launched by executives without having all the operational pieces figured out. It's up to middle management to come up with the tactical approach

      This is the best job I've ever had

      • I have the opportunity to work with large, interesting companies across a variety of industries • I work with hardworking and intelligent people • My days are all different, challenging, and sometimes exciting • We work to improve our team through promoting best practices and knowledge sharing • The $$$ is good and only getting better • You have ownership over what you do and have a significant degree of autonomy

      Cons

      • Some internal practices are not standardized/not communicated well, so things that corporations have 'figured out' Celonis is still working to get right • The standards for bonus compensation are still being worked on. This means your bonus really doesn't tie to what you do in your day-to-day for CVAs... yet • Our roles and responsibilities are in flux, so what it means to be a CVA could be different tomorrow • Hiring for leadership is occurring from the outside, so there are concerns related to upward mobility amongst our team
