Great leadership, solid product, huge growth potential. Good compensation. Leadership team very transparent and open for feedback. Very focused on sustainability

Cons

Some people joined earlier got promoted to senior leadership position, but lacks necessary experience. But the company is hiring more senior people to make up for it.
