      They are really good at making stuff up in the inteview process.

      Cons

      I have had 3 bosses in 12 months, no inbound leads all cold calling. Equity is less than a small comission check. Hardly anyone is making any commision.

      Used to be fun- product is incredible, but execution is rocky

      -Some of the smartest people I’ve ever worked with. -The SE org specifically has great managers and people. -Get to work with an interesting mix of companies and industries at executive business levels. -Product innovation is incredible and actually works

      Cons

      - Below market rate compensation - little growth opportunity in North America, most leadership opportunities are in Madrid hub - significant growing pains - Diversity is smoke and mirrors. They’ve hired a bunch of new leadership in the past year, 100% of c suite is male, most vps are also male. Supposedly working on this, but that has been the message for a while.
